Terms of Service

Effective 26 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Geri Luga, Albania (tvbingediary@gmail.com), who operates TV Binge Diary. By using it you accept them, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 13, or 16 in the EEA and the UK. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You let us host and display it in the service until you delete it or your account. You are responsible for it.

No objectionable content or abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, infringing, spam, or someone else's private information, and do not misuse or scrape the service. Every comment can be reported and its author blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend or close the account that posted it.

Show data

Show information and artwork come from TheTVDB and belong to their owners. We cannot guarantee they are accurate.

No warranty

The service is free and provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the service.

Law

The law of Albania applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country you live in.

Apple

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app, its maintenance, support, and any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims.
• Your licence is to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store Terms allow.
• If the app fails a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the price paid (none); Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes

We post changes here with a new effective date.
